Our Story
Toscano Restaurant & Wine Bar, under the management of the Red Apple Kitchen Pvt. Ltd, is a fine-dining Italian restaurant with branches in UB City & Whitefield. Toscano offers an intimate yet vibrant atmosphere. Fusing the best of old and new world Italian cuisine, Toscano offers an eclectic menu from gourmet pizzas to multi-course dinners. Toscano presents an extensive range of wines to enable the perfect pairing with your meal. About Our Chefs
Toscano is the brainchild of Jean Michel Jasserand and Goutham Balasubramanian.

Jean Michel Jasserand
Having spent over 6 years in Bangalore, imbibing its culture and being an integral part of it, Jean Michel Jasserand wished to start an Italian revolution in the city. Armed with what he does best, he began his culinary coup to reach the hearts of Bangaloreans. For many years now, Jean has been a part of many successful restaurants and hotel ventures, while serving as Head Chef in leading hotel chains across the world.
Fabulous food meets fine dining experience that was his gift and he continues to give it away every night!
Goutham Balasubramanian
With accolades from Arabia, Wales, Italy and India, while working with groups like Madinat Jumeirah, Leela Palace and the Taj Hotels, Goutham brings to Toscano his enriching experience from across the world.
Ranked Best Chef of the Year at The Kempinski, Bangalore, and declared two-time winner of the Taj Culinary Competition, Goutham loves organizing food festivals , creating efficient & well managed systems and facilitating experiences which are worth relishing and simply unforgettable. Toscano is one such marvelous experience!
